We strongly recommend purchasing SavedBy Package Protection at checkout to safeguard against loss, theft, or damage.

Without SavedBy, Archaneon Supplements is not liable once your package has left our facility.

Carrier Delays

All shipping timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external events.
Return to Sender (RTS)

If a package is returned to us by the carrier (due to an incorrect address, delivery failure, or refusal), the customer is responsible for paying a reshipment fee.

Orders will not be re-shipped until the reshipment fee is paid.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, in original sealed packaging, and include all components.

Proof of purchase is required (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

Returns must be processed through the platform of purchase (e.g., TikTok Shop).
Non-Returnable Items

Limited edition products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
Initiating a Return

Contact support@archaneonsupps.com with your order number and reason.

We will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customer Responsibility & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A restocking fee may apply and will be disclosed during return authorization.

Items returned in used or damaged condition may be subject to a partial refund or denied entirely.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Only orders protected by SavedBy are eligible for resolution of lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Address entry errors by the customer
